Two representatives of each member organisation may attend our meetings. Members
may request that an extraordinary meeting be held in addition to those called by
the Governing Committee. Each member organisation, irrespective of size, has one
vote at council meetings. Any member may present motions for debate and, if carried,
these will be acted on by the Association.
Our well-known annual conference, or a similar professional gathering, is usually
held on the same day as our AGM. Seminars are provided on a wide range of subjects
in response to the demands of the profession, particularly with regard to continued
professional development.
