Communication Skills Workshop

The ability to communicate well is the most important skill any ADI can possess.

Communication facilitates human connections, and allows us to learn, grow and progress. It’s not just about speaking or reading, but understanding what is being said and in some cases what is not being said. Consider these quotes about communication.

Communication is a skill that you can learn. It’s like riding a bicycle or typing. If you’re willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life.  Brian Tracy

Communication works for those who work at it. John Powell

Communication – the human connection is the key to personal and career success. Paul J. Meyer

Effective communications starts with listening. Robert Gately

The biggest single problem in communication is the illusion it has taken place George Bernard Shaw

Good communication enables us, as ADIs to communicate effectively and to use language that has a positive impact on our clients. We constantly need effective communication when managing risk on the road where it is vital that our pupil understands our language immediately.
