This is a picture of my local, Derriford hospital in Plymouth and by amazing coincidence this rainbow came out just before 8pm last Thursday evening.  Thought you might like to see it.

Theory tests have now been cancelled up to 30 May, hopefully you have all received this information.

Please help Ross from DICE who has set up a fund to help the families of ADIs who have died as a result of Coronavirus.  We know of 3 now, all very sad for their families, friends and colleagues.  You can donate to help them here.

There’s an excellent article from Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis on the Bounce Back Loans, it tells you all you need to know.  You can sign up for his regular updates which are brilliant, very knowledgeable and in language even I can understand!  If you haven’t done so already, I would highly recommend it.  You can sign up here.

For the kids!

We know that this is a stressful and worrying time for everybody, and it can be stressful and worrying for the children too.  If you have children you might be interested in this FREE information book explaining the coronavirus to children, illustrated by Gruffalo illustrator Axel Scheffler.  Axel says I asked myself what I could do as a children’s illustrator to inform, as well as entertain, my readers here and abroad, about the Coronavirus. So I was glad when my publisher, Nosy Crow, asked me to illustrate this question-and-answer book. I think it is extremely important for children and families to have access to good and reliable information in this unprecedented crisis, and hope this digital book will reach many children”.

You can find out more and download the book here.
