During the current COVID 19 pandemic, there are many concerns and worries that each of us has to manage, including financial, loneliness and boredom. This can lead to increased stress and mental health issues.

With this in mind, next week’s webinar from the ADINJC, is with Tracey and Kev Field. They will be giving an overview of stress with link to a stress scale, how stress is experienced, physical – symptoms, cognitive- symptoms and best techniques to overcome the condition.

They will be taking any questions that you may have, you can either ask them on the night or send them to andrew@luv2drv.co.uk prior to the event.

We expect the event to be in great demand, so to ensure your place, please register in good time. It will also be broadcast on the ADINJC Facebook page.

Apologies for the broken link (and thanks to those folk that wrote in to tell me!).  This should now be working.

Please register for Monday’s webinar here.

Whilst our newsflashes are normally a benefit of membership of the ADINJC, during this national emergency we want to share information as widely as possible, so please feel free to pass this on.  We are stronger together.

The NJC continues to be dedicated to help you in these challenging times and we hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy.  Please feel free to contact us for help and support.
