Members Meeting
Members Meeting Saturday 28 February
The next Members Meeting will take place on Saturday 28 February at the Holiday Inn, Coventry CV2 2HP at 10am.
Our guest speakers will be Diane Hall of L of a Way 2 Pass, and Andy Lloyd of Lloyds Driver Training and the ADINJC’s Governing Committee.

Diane Hall specialises in driving anxiety and test nerves. The combination of having been an ADI for 20 years, qualified therapist, and now member of the Institute of Master Tutors of Drivers puts her in a unique position to help instructors and learners alike take control of their emotions rather than their emotions controlling them! Instructors are taught to identify faults, analyse them, and rectify them… Diane does this with negative emotions!
Building Confidence: Learn to act on Logic, Not Emotion. Become the B.E.S.T. Version of Yourself
Your Behaviors, Emotions, Sensations, and Thoughts (B.E.S.T.) — and those of your learners — can be the key to achieving success or encountering setbacks. In this session, you’ll explore how to unlock your full potential by mastering these elements.
This session will delve into the process of ‘creating’ emotions. Why do so many people default to fear, panic, anxiety, intimidation, frustration, or embarrassment, when they could be experiencing confidence, happiness, and self-esteem instead?
Once we understand how emotions are created, we can choose to create the emotions we desire!
Andy Lloyd is the Owner and Lead Trainer at Lloyds Driver Training and holds a Level 8 Diploma in Driver Education. Lloyds Driver Training was awarded Bronze for Regional Driving School.
An active member of the ADINJC Governing Committee and the Institute of Master Tutor Drivers (IMTD). Andy delivers structured, evidence-based training that builds confident, competent drivers and supports instructors through modern, high-quality professional development.

Andy’s presentation will be – Whose Body Language Is Talking Loudest – The PDI or the Learners
