I came away with a better understanding of ORDIT, its benefits and some good training tips. Also confirmed to me that I am doing things mostly in a client centred manner.

How will you change your teaching practice after todays course

  1. Go through the National Standards again to update my knowledge
  2. Use coaching conversations even more, before jumping in and telling!!
  3. link much more to NSDRT and ORDIT 1
