The Scottish Government announced on Tuesday 8 December that the 11 areas in Scotland currently under protection level 4 will be moved out of the highest protection level at 6pm on Friday 11 December 2020.

They also confirmed that no new areas will be moving to the highest protection level at present. This will be kept under review by the Scottish Government.

You can read more about which areas are changing protection on the Scottish Government’s website.

All DVSA services will restart in the areas moving out of protection Level 4 from 6pm on Friday 11 December and continue in those in levels 0 – 3.

We will keep this under review in line with Scottish Government guidance.
