Lynne is back with a new Intellligent Instructor Masterclass! This time round, Lynne is going to share her experience on giving effective feedback. Here’s what Lynne has to say about this upcoming session…
Feedback is about communication and we all need to experience giving and receiving feedback to help us improve. When I help ADIs and watch their teaching it is often one of the main skills we usually try to improve because it’s much more than just praise and it needs to be realistic and honest. It is a key skill for ADIs to have and by improving the skill it can develop your coaching skills and also improve your performance on a standards check.
