Lynne is back with a new Intellligent Instructor Masterclass! This time round, Lynne is going to share her experience on giving effective feedback. Here’s what Lynne has to say about this upcoming session…

Feedback is about communication and we all need to experience giving and receiving feedback to help us improve. When I help ADIs and watch their teaching it is often one of the main skills we usually try to improve because it’s much more than just praise and it needs to be realistic and honest. It is a key skill for ADIs to have and by improving the skill it can develop your coaching skills and also improve your performance on a standards check.

Moving home? Remember to tell DVLA your new address

You must update your:

• driving licence
• vehicle log book (V5C)
• Direct Debit for vehicle tax
• private number plate documents

If you do not update your address with DVLA your vehicle tax reminder letter and any vehicle tax refund (after a sale) will go to the wrong address.

Go to GOV.UK for more information on how to change your address.

There was an update this week on exchanging foreign driving licences for a UK licence.  See this link for the information.

A reminder that the fund is still open – both for donations and grant applications.

If you know someone who is struggling, please pass on the website information to them.  Or they can email support@instructorfund.org for an application form.  Don’t let them struggle alone!
