The Approved Driving Instructors National Joint Council (ADINJC) offers a united voice for all driving instructors in the UK. Established in 1973 the ADINJC celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2013 and is still the fastest growing national driving instructor association. It has around 7,000 members and acts as a central hub to provide support, advice and representation to fellow ADIs. It is run by working ADIs on a voluntary basis.
Lynne Barrie - ADINJC Chairman
Although the ADINJC is often known as “The Association of Associations”, driving instructors who are not in a local driving instructor association are welcome to join the Driving Instructor Group (DIG) as individual members.
“It is far better to belong to an association for 100 years and not need it, than to need it for one minute and not belong to it" - Pat Murphy MBE
