1/2 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1/3 cup oats or coconut flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 175°c.
- Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix until smooth the wet ingredients: egg, mashed bananas, honey, peanut butter and Greek yoghurt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and cacao powder.
- Combine both mixtures gradually, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf tin.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
