Meet The Team
Andrew Love-Training Team Leader:
Andrew has been involved in Driver Training for over 17 years, he has many qualifications including a Cert Ed (University of Bedfordshire-level 5) Road Safety Practitioners Foundation Course (Road Safety GB) Behavioural Change & Coaching Awards. Through his work with RoSPA he has developed a wealth of driver training experience, working with FLH, PLH, ADI development training & companies to reduce their road risk both in the UK & Internationally. He is a grade A, ORDIT registered ADI
Lynne Barrie MA Driver Training:
Lynne is a Past Chair of the ADINJC, has written books for the industry including Standards Check Success and Come to Coaching as well as articles for Intelligent Instructor. Formerly a teacher she is well known for her enthusiasm to deliver client-centred learning and is now a Grade A having recently scored 51/51 on her standards check.
Charles Moffat :
Charles is one of our Deputy Chairs and a practicing ADI training learners and instructors. He is a former Head of Professional Standards, an experienced trainer and expert witness to law enforcement.
Leigh, is a former Police Officer, Response driver trainer, who conducts PDI and Standards Check Training across the West Midlands as well as teaching learners at at levels. He has also been involved with several advanced driving groups and is an Advanced Driving Examiner
Nick is ADINJC Vice President and a former head of training. He has been a top grade ADI for many years and with ORDIT. He is probably one of the few ADIs who actually enjoys and look forward to their Standards Check! His enthusiasm for helping people makes him a very popular ADI trainer. You might also have heard him on DIPOD as part of their podcast team.
James is a DVSA Registered Fleet Driver Trainer. James is also an examiner for the Diamond Advanced & Diamond Special Driving Tests and is a highly experienced trainer of ADIs. Interestingly all our trainers still teach some learner lessons as it keeps them in touch with reality! As ADINJC were part of the working party that helped to design the Standards Check all the team are very up to date with it.

Workshops at your groups
We can deliver our training days to your local association groups and driving schools. In the last couple of years we have successfully delivered them to groups in Berkshire, York, Essex, Mid Powys, South Staffordshire, Plymouth and others. These have been held in various venues and liaised with the group to make the experience a success for their members.

This course helps you identify the needs for safeguarding, what you should be looking out for to identify abuse and the next steps you can take if you have a concern for a child’s/ young persons wellbeing.
This course consists of one module, in which you will learn about workplace aggression and violence and how to manage conflict successfully in your place of work. Learn about how to deal with these difficult scenarios, today.
