AGM & Members Meeting Saturday 6th June
Our 52nd Annual General Meeting and Quarterly Members Meeting will both take take place on Saturday 6th June at the Holiday Inn, Coventry CV2 2HP.
Coffee will be available from 9:30 am and the day will start with the AGM at 10:00 am and will be shortly followed by the Members Meeting which will run until 1:15 pm.
Our guest speakers will be Des O’Connor, a prominent AI strategist and consultant, and Liam Greaney of Driving Pro Ltd and the ADINJC’s Governing Committee.

Des O’Connor is the Founder of DesOConnor AI, an AI consultancy, and the creator of AI for Driving Instructors — a training platform built specifically to help ADIs grow their businesses using artificial intelligence. With over 20 years of experience spanning driving instruction, business consultancy, and AI strategy, Des brings a uniquely practical perspective to the industry.
A former driving instructor and owner of one of London’s most successful multi-instructor schools, Des has collaborated with the DIA, DVSA, MSA, Intelligent Instructor, and now the ADI NJC. He delivers accessible, practical training that helps instructors embrace AI with confidence — saving time, attracting more pupils, and building more sustainable, future-proof businesses.

Liam Greaney is a valued member of the NJC’s Governing Committee and is founder of Driving-Pro Ltd, a Portsmouth-based driving school. In addition to over 40 years of experience in driving and driver education, He also holds an extensive portfolio of professional qualifications, including a Diploma in Driver Education, BTEC Level 4 Driver Coaching and CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership.
An active member of the ADINJC Governing Committee, RoSPA, Road Safety GB, and the Chartered Management Institute, Liam is committed to raising standards across the profession. He delivers client-centred, evidence-based training that develops safe, confident drivers and supports the ongoing professional development of instructors.
